My Birthday Dinner
Initial impressions were favourable. The young staff were prompt and extremely polite, serving us with smiles. The customer service is much better than Swensons or Hans. Speed of food delivery gets two thumbs up as well. After our order, the first dish was served within 5 mins! And this from a coffeeshop restaurant! Taste wise, the quality of the food was better than average but it was extremely value for money.
All this for $97. Quite value for money.
Its my mum's DAY as well. Its OUR day :)

Dana's Shower Time
SHAMPOO & CONDITIONER: Only the second time in use.
Dana seems quite ambivalent about the entire shower experience. This was quite a departure when we first got her, she was so terrified of getting herself wet.
Hey! Watch where the water is going!
Watch me shake all these water off.
IT'S THE FUR: Ah Ma, don't say I am fat anymore, see how slim I am.
After the shampoo and the conditioning, Dana needs to be hand-dryer dried to get her fluffy look back.
I love the breeze...
QUESTIONING EYES: Daddy, are you done yet?
Dana clean and happy, basking in the afternoon sun.

Dad's Secondary School Friend
Personally, I liked the spare parts soup the best. The laksa was not too bad. And the curry for the fish head was quite fragrant. So you may like to patronise the stall if you drop by but there are many other stalls to try as well.
For us, we also ordered from other stalls. My brother Ben tried a char kway teow and said it was good. The roast duck from another stall was good but the stall will be shifting to another location soon.

Where are you, Dana?
Guess who I saw on my bed, looking smug and a little drowsy, together with my freshly aired clothes which I have just folded.

Happy 2nd Birthday, Snowy!
Wishing you a 2nd Happy Birthday. This is how you looked like one year ago. My, you have grown. Thank you for being my faithful friend and doggy cousin. Come over this weekend and I will share with you my raw-hide ball which I have difficulty dismantling. Ah Ma says you are the expert at doing this.

EJ 6465 R
Our EJ6465R was a real bone-shaker, in every sense of the word, especially in the latter years. The car's air-con never really worked and it never mattered to us. On excursions, and there were lots of them every weekend, the windows were rolled down and we would enjoy the breeze in our face and hair. It became a little unbearable when it was raining and it got stuffy. My dad said that the floor of the car at the driver's seat was corroded so much to the extent that one could see the road surface, somewhat like Fred Flintstone's prehistoric vehicle!

Snowy meets Pebbles
Jap Spitz and Jap Spitz. Boy and girl. Boy fancies girl.
But too bad, girl sees boy no up. See the look in Snowy's eyes.
Dana, three is a crowd.
After a day of fending off potential suitors, our little lamb fell asleep with a smile. I would think she is having a romantic doggy dream full of male Jap Spitzes.
